Spring salon in the city hit a record

1500 square meters of art in a gritty city construction environment once again attracted record audiences. Spring Salon 2017 was enjoyed by 86,834 people, and the cooperation between Liljevalchs and AMF Fastiheter has received high praise was once again a success.

“Although the Spring Salon 2017 was a week shorter than last year, we saw record audience attendance. The Spring Salon is now undeniably a festival,” says Mårten Castenfors, Liljevalchs Manager.

This year 295 works by 127 artists were on display, and 74% of the works sold (also a record). Spring Salon 2018 returns to Djurgarden when the renovation of Liljevalchs’ legendary pink house is completed.
